Every one of our Deerskin items comes with a full one-year guarantee of workmanship and materials, providing that you return your guarantee card and follow the care instructions included with each purchase. Should you have some problem within the first year, please send the item to us with your return address, an explanation of the problem, and a check or money order for return postage and insurance.
If we cannot remedy the problem, we will be happy to replace the item with a new one.
After the first year, we will continue to make all repairs for you. Many of these, if they regard workmanship or materials, continue to be free of charge. We ask only that you pay for the return postage and insurance. There may be a nominal fee charged for replacing zippers, straps, etc., when wear is involved.
To activate your guarantee, return your guarantee card that is enclosed with each purchase, and follow the care instructions provided.
